Job details:

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our fast-growing AI team. As a Senior BA, you’ll turn complex ideas into clear, actionable deliverables —ensuring we deliver real value to clients and hit key milestones. As we expand, we’re seeking someone eager to grow into a key role over time—such as a Product Manager or BA Manager. You’ll collaborate across teams, influence stakeholders, and help shape our BA practices from the ground up.

Responsibilities

1. Stakeholder & Team Communication

Gather and analyze business requirements; translate them into user stories, use cases and functional requirements.
Collaborate with the Product Owner to manage the product vision, backlog, roadmap, and priorities.
Work closely with Devs, QA, and Designers to define system design, and validate test cases.
Track project status, identify blockers, and ensure timely delivery.

2. Business & Technical Analysis

Prepare and maintain documentation such as BRD, FRDs, and process diagrams.
Create wireframes and diagrams using any tools like Figma, Visily, Miro, Draw.io, or others as preferred.
Conduct post-release analysis to evaluate feature adoption and user engagement.

3. Process Improvement

Identify and implement process improvements to optimize development workflows.

Skills and Qualifications

At least 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst (preferably fintech, Agile teams).
Strong communication, presentation, and writing skills; able to speak both “tech” and “business” fluently.
Proficiency in process/data modeling (BPMN, UML) and wireframing tools (e.g., Figma, Visily).
Proven experience in creating BRDs, FRDs, and process documentation.
Strong logical thinking and ability to evaluate dependencies, and edge cases.
Familiarity with data tools like BI, Excel, or similar platforms.
Good English skills (write and read).

Nice to have

Knowledge of compliance frameworks (PCI-DSS, GDPR).
Experience working with external partners (banks, regulators).
Experience as a Scrum Master or BA template builder.
Certifications of PSPO, PSM,… are advantageous.
